The key objective of this book is to identify innovation process of convergence service. It provides a framework for analyzing convergence service from the perspective of service innovation. With the increasing growth of services in today’s organizations and economy, the importance of understanding service innovation concepts and practices has been on the rise. The study of this book assumes service innovation typologies are applicable to the analysis of convergence service. It is also assumed that the linkages between convergence and service innovation can provide significant conceptual framework for understanding the innovation types and process. The theoretic and practical relevance of the suggested framework is examined by the case studies on convergence services such as smart car service, smart healthcare service and smart home service. This book is partially abstracted and revised from Dr. Yoon‘s PhD thesis titled "Convergence service innovation and consumer adoption model" (Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies, 2016).
